The kit

The app is free.
The hardware is the product.

CellarLume needs one small controller on your network driving addressable LEDs along your rack. You can buy that ready to run, or bring your own board and licence the firmware.

Easiest

Pre-flashed controller

A QuinLED Dig-Uno with CellarLume firmware already on it, sized to your rack. Plug it in, find it in the app, start stocking bottles. Nothing to compile, nothing to flash, no toolchain to install.

  • Ships ready to run — no firmware step
  • Unlimited catalog, no licence key to manage
  • Drill guide and stocking map for your rack layout
  • LED strip and power supply sourced to your rack size
For tinkerers

DIY licence

Already have an ESP32 and a soldering iron? Download the compiled firmware, flash it, and activate with a licence key. Free mode runs the entire app on a five-wine catalog, so you can prove the whole thing works on your own bench before paying anyone.

  • Runs on the ESP32 you already own
  • Free mode: every feature, five-wine catalog
  • A key unlocks the full catalog — activated right in the iOS app
  • Keys are bound to your board, with three re-binds per order

Pricing isn’t set yet. Neither path is on sale today — the waitlist below is how you’ll find out when they are.

Before you ask

The three questions everyone has.

Does any of this need an internet connection?
No. The catalog lives on the controller on your own network. The app talks straight to it. There is no account, no server of ours, and nothing to keep paying for.
Will it work with my rack?
If your rack has columns you can run an LED strip along, almost certainly. The reference install is a 380-slot Wine Racks America GrandCellar — 97 wines, around 250 bottles — but the wall map is drawn from your own layout, including odd sections, bins, and case trays.
Can I try it before buying anything?
Yes. The app has a complete demo cellar built in — every feature, real sample data, no hardware and no network required. And on the DIY path, free mode runs the whole system on a five-wine catalog for as long as you like.
